Enjoying the chance to learn to make my own cheese
So I have made 4 or 5 recipes out of this yet, and have been quite pleased with the result, particularly the curried paneer. It was easy to make, came out great, and when made into Saag Paneer, this was so good! I like the fact that it is fresh from my kitchen with known ingredients and I can adjust the cheese with higher or lower fat content depending on my needs. The little cheese tarts covered in raspberries and blueberries were a great hit at a recent get-together. Looking forward to future weekends when I can try out some more recipes.
