The Super Orange flavor is delicious, and the small packets are so convenient — you can mix them easily in any cup or bottle. I’ve been taking it every day for a while now. I’m someone who has a lot of allergy issues and gets sick very easily, and I’ve noticed a big difference since using this. I’ve been getting sick less often, and it definitely helps with my allergies. Besides the vitamin C, it also has other minerals that support the immune system, give me energy, and help keep me hydrated. For all those reasons, I highly recommend it
