Dud product
I ordered this from Amazon as I didn’t have time to go to the usual shop I’d get this from. I used it 3 times(only small amount as an eye cream) and it was empty on the 4th attempt. I use this product regularly and know it lasts at least 3 months. I thought the plastic on the box was off and there is a label on the bottle which the original doesn’t have. I’m wondering if this a counterfeit product. Shocking buy. It’s being returned ASAP.

Broken , unable to use correctly
The product arrived promptly and on time, but when I opened the package the top of the bottle was snapped which meant the applicator was inside the bottle making using very difficult. Not what you'd expect from a high end product.Very disappointed

Great Start - Bad Finish (tons of fragrance)
Emma Hardie | Midas Touch Revitalizing Eye Serum | Soothing | Lightweight | For All Skin Types | Sulfate, ParaI tried this for the system for 2 weeks and ended up with not happy skin. I am using the cleanser, face oil, eye cream and face cream. The ingredient list starts off great but then devolves into a mess of fragrance that just doesn't agree with my skin. I experienced burning and redness after two weeks of use. I am sure there are those that can tolerate fragrance and I can deal with some (most skincare has some fragrance or masking elements). This eye cream is actually very hydrating but not anything I can use long term. This is because I have super sensitive and dry skin so my skin absorbs EVERYTHING. People with more oil in their skin can probably tolerate this system better. If you have any sensitivity issues, you should not use this cream. Find something that is fragrance-free or within a few weeks, your skin will not be happy. Not all fragrance is bad though. I can accept it at the end of an ingredient list but when it contains almost half of the contents, I have to steer clear because my dry, sensitive skin reacts to all of that fragrance and I end up with an itchy rash. Not Good. If you can tolerate these ingredients than the good outweighs the bad for you. Also, if you use the whole range of products in this line, you are applying fragrance on fragrance for the 4 steps.IngredientsAqua (Water), Butylene Glycol, Glycerin, Polysilicone-11, Prunus Amygdalus Dulcis (Sweet Almond) Oil, Isopropyl Palmitate, Sodium Acrylates Copolymer, Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Carbomer, PEG-40 Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Phenoxyethanol, Albizia Julibrissin (Persian Silk Tree) Bark Extract, Lecithin, Pullulan, Allantoin, Rubus Idaeus (Raspberry) Seed Oil, Tocopheryl Acetate, Plukenetia Volubilis Seed Oil, Sodium Hydroxide, Benzyl Alcohol, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice Powder, Disodium EDTA, Sodium Hyaluronate, Porphyridium Cruentum Extract, Laureth-12, Swertia Chirata Extract, Dehydroacetic Acid, Parfum (Fragrance), Geraniol, Limonene, Biosaccharide Gum-4, Citronellol, Ethylhexylglycerin, Sodium Benzoate, Linalool, Darutoside, TocopherolGood StuffAntioxidant: Tocopheryl Acetate, Plukenetia Volubilis Seed Oil, TocopherolSkin-identical ingredient: Glycerin, Sodium HyaluronateSoothing: Allantoin, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice PowderBad Stuff (Fragrance)ParfumGeraniolCitronellolLinaloolLimonene
