It's ok!
Where do I start.....the tea taste wasn't bad at all, it didn't really come with any layout on how many times a day I should be drinking this tea? Before meals or after! I workout like crazy, I already eat heathy so I don't know......also half way through the tea I found a metal spring in my tea it's a good thing I didn't drink it! I know it's a lose tea but I never put it in anything, just drank it straight from my mug! Oh well overall it's ok but weight loss it didn't work for me!
