Great product and excellent customer service
We bought three in total thru three separate orders because we liked the first one very much and decided to buy more. Very solidly built and easy to put together. They stood sturdily. The third one arrived without the bag containing screws. I called manufacturer’s customer service (in Canada). From the moment of talking the service rep to the following Tuesday when we received the overnight FedEx delivery, its customer service department worked seamlessly (multiple reps) via emails and phone call following up. Highly recommended.

Good Idea/Design Issues
The product is pretty, functional, and space efficient. However, you do need to drill your own holes to allow water to drain from the planter boxes.
