Completed changed my life. From the time I can recall, I have been suffering with falling asleep. Ever since I started taking this I am out as soon as I go to bed.I only take it during my working days. I don't take it during the weekends and I struggle with falling asleep. I am writing this review at 4:45 in the morning this is how bad my sleep pattern is.You obviously don't need to take more than 5mg. You only need max 3mg for it to work that's less than the prescribed amount. Anything more than 3mg isn't going to make much of a difference so why take more when less does the job.This isn't exactly a sleeping pill so don't take it right before you go to pill. From the articles and research I've done. Melotonin just indicates the body that it's the end of the day so time to sleep.I recommend taking it sometime around 6pm so by 9 you can go to bed and it does the job. You might be drowsy the next day so take precautions.Once I took it pretty much just before going to bed and I was up till early morning and I understood it wasn't the right way to use it.If melotonin doesn't help you then you might need to seek professional help cause it might something more serious.I hope this helps others out as much as it has helped me out. I have given it 4 stars cause they prescribed way more than needed which just leads to a drowsy start the next day.

Works in an hour and tastes good. My advice is dont take a full dose and only go halfway through the dropper so you dont feel drowsy the next day. Puts you to sleep smoothly without any crash.
