Q: Is this the old formula, or the new one with Niacinamide?

My bottle has niacinamide in it.

Q: Why is it so expensive? I can get it in stores for way cheaper..

The original Cetaphil... around for years and years changed their ingredients about a year ago, I believe! The new formula is apparently more friendly to us and the environment, sulfate free.. etc.. however, it has left a lot of us looking for the old formula! The new one gives me a rash, and doesn’t feel or smell the same. I have even written the company, and their response was to basically look for the original in other places... this has of course raised prices on it. If u can use the new formula with no problems, then your one of the lucky ones who can find it way cheaper in any store!
