I can use is daily, but everyone's skin is different. It's meant to be a night moisturizer. If you use it daily and you don't find yourself getting oily breakouts or any other problems then you can handle it.

I am not sure if it contains retinyl palmitate, but i can tell you that i have very sensitive and this moisture did not bother my skin.
