provides great stress relief!!!! I got this for my 12yr old daughter, who suffers from anxiety. Although she doesn't keep this picked up, and sand is often everywhere, this provides great stress relief for her. It has everything you need to start. My daughter also loves Japanese culture and this fits right in. It also reminds me of the several years I lived there.Worth the purchase.

Nice little Zen garden. Chose this brand as I liked the natural bamboo trays (Also ordered others). The outer dimensions (11 x 7.5) given are helpful in determining where one might place it. The key measurement missing is the inner height of the tray. How deep it is..How deep is the tray itself?Looking in retrospect at all the photos, I would guess the sand barely covers the bottom of the tray. The height from the bottom, where one would add the sand, to that first ridge is really small. 1/4 inch to play with…The tray itself is nice. The pieces are well done. Though I can’t speak for the foldable bamboo wall-I didn’t receive one..Sand seems clean, I didn’t open the plastic bottle..Bottom line, love the garden. Good clean design, but will return. Tray too shallow, missing a piece. Searching for wood serving trays without handles, hope to find one deep enough for my purposes..Will have a friend collect sand from a nearby beach, use rocks from my own collection, find other meaningful pieces for my unique Zen garden. Relaxing and enjoyable!

Absolutely perfect! Almost exactly as pictured. I love the wooden zen sandbox! The wooden box is spacious it’s nicely built no flaws. The box is made from decent quality wood and it came with some small basic things such as a figurine, a wooden rake, a bridge and other small stuff it does the job for me. I ended up using sand from the beach, However there was a good sized bottle of sand that came with the package which was great. I use the zen sandbox to relax before and after doing yoga or other activities and especially right before work. I definitely recommend this product to anyone who needs some peace and tranquility in their lives.
