Q: Our pet soiled these pretty badly. Can they be washed in hot water with oxy clean?

Do not use very hot water… wash in washing machine medium setting with warm water. Yes on the oxi clean detergents but do not bleach. Tumble dry on medium setting (warm).

Q: Would this type of pad be suitable for us to use on top of our bed for our geriatric poodle?

Yes, pad is very absorbent & good size for a bed.

Q: I have a problem cat that likes to urinate in my closet when im not home. Would this protect the carpet?

Yes 100% we have used it as a second pee pad for our dog and have washed not many times! We have tested by pouring water on it too. Can't poor a gallon on it I'm sure but cat pee or dog pee with not seep through

It should be okay. it has a rubber backing that keeps it from slipping.

It stopped my pen from sliding arround on the floor. It also washes and dries very nicely
