This product works; what more can I say? I bought it to get rid of sun damage and the permanent 'tan' I had acquired, not expecting much, but willing to give it a chance. I knew Glutathione taken orally is destroyed by intestinal enzymes, but the reduced version (which this is) helps to circumvent that issue. I started taking four caps a day and within ten days, I was able to see a marked improvement. The epidermis takes about thirty days to turn over and replace itself with new cells, so that was my measure for success. I was amazed and delighted as sun spots faded and disappeared (some actually sloughed off), rough patches became soft and smooth and moisture returned to dry areas. Glutathione is a powerful antioxidant that works at the cellular level, so I assume the same restorative effects are occurring in cells I can't see. It seems also to have helped my hair and fingernails grow, which makes sense, since they are both keratin structures closely related to skin. Regardless, Glutathione Reduced GSH 500mg is working for me, which is why I have already reordered the product twice and will continue to do so. I cut back to two caps a day for maintenance, but the results are definitely worth the price.

I've been taking this glutathione for about a 1.5 mths now. I wanted to buy maxone instead, but they are very expensive. Especially when you add in the shipping costs. I also bought them because they are veggie caps...healthier than gelatin to me. They seem to be doing what they're supposed to do. My immune system seems to be getting stronger. I am able to eat things that I normally couldn't eat, as long as l take them during or after my meal. It did take at least a month or more to start noticing the effects. I take 6 a day. 2 with each meal.
