As someone that has incredibly skinny wrists these wraps are by far the best support that I have ever used. They help take stress from my wrists and the underside of my forearms where I was experiencing pain while doing weights. They make my wrists and arms fell completely solid, so much so I use these whilst playing American Football for support rather than tapping my wrists. I do however have absolutely no idea what the other little bits are for?
