USB socket of this cooling pad are worst as it is too much loose that it loose power connection and every time i have to adjust it. and sometime whatever you do it will will not connect.

Doesnt cool well at all. Used it for two weeks and doesn't make a difference to temps whatsoever unlike the other products I've used. This being at its highest setting even. I regret buying it since it was a waste. They can improve on this is actually make a product with proper cooling and strong fans instead of shifting focus to how quite it is. People that buy those kinds of products are usually gamers who aren't as keen on noise as they are on preformance.
