DuPont Teflon White Lithium Grease Aerosol Spray, 10 Oz.

I have a couple doors that were squeaking. One of them I had already used the Dupont dry lube, I had to remove the pen, cleaned it, and looked at it. It went away, but unfortunately, after a couple weeks, it came back.I was recommended this product and put it on yesterday and it seems to have gotten rid of the squeak. We’ll see if it comes back. If it does, I will update this review.It’s interesting. It doesn’t come up the good spray. It’s more like a thick consistency. I think I like that. I will also try this on the garage spring, which I tried the Dupont dry loop on as well, but it didn’t quite get rid of the noise completely.

My garage door was getting a little noisy. I use this and it’s smooth and works great.

Great for hitch-balls and sliding surfaces.

After researching articles about what is best to use on garage door springs, I ordered this stuff. Apparently, white lithium is the preferred lubricant for garage doors. I spent a whole day cleaning off the gooey mess of the previous products. I applied the white lithium and I didn’t think it looked like it would do the job but a little goes a long way and my doors glide up and down. One of my old truck doors didn’t want to latch so I put some of this lithium in the latch and it worked beautifully. All this to say, I won’t be without this in the future.

Works well. Almost no smell. This is the best I have seen.

I wanted to save a few dollars so I got the WD-40's version. What a mistake. Very liquidy grease! This one is a THICK foamy grease. $6 more but 10X better....

I've used lithium grease before, but none that acted like this one. This squirts out looking like shaving cream (best example I could think of). It shoots out too fast and tends to get on everything else, even when using rags or spraying directly into a towel. Rubbing it on is as expected, however it seems to dry up relatively quick (ess than 24 hours?) And seems to attract and collect everything around it. It's almost crusty.I would recommend a tubed lithium grease over this.
