So I'm 50 years old I've been taking this supplement for about two years, I take at least twice a day or once faithfully. I was skeptical but welp worth a try, I've always had gray hair since I was in my early 20s, but my crown started to gray, so far it's been great. Everyone my age has gray hairs and my brothers are peppered gray. I'm still brown I don't dye my hair. I purchased these items because I wanted a shampoo/conditioner without the extra ingredients that would damage to my hair. Unfortunately, the tops of both the shampoo and conditioner do not work. I had to remove the tops to get the ingredients out. However, the shampoo was so watery that I lost some of it. On my 2nd try, the conditioner was so thick that it wasn't easy to remove. I believe the contents are good, but it is difficult to remove them to use. I tried to discuss it with someone, but Amazon did not offer me an alternative. I tried Catalase capsules from another seller, and it was great. I decided to try this brand because of the shampoo/conditioner set. But the cost is too high for the benefit I received.

I didn’t believe it but these are slowly changing my hair color. My entire beard was grey. I started taking catalase and about 10% of my hair each month is turning brown. So har 2 months. Hope it continues Update after nine months. The charge in color of my Beard has slowed someone. After nine months about 35% of my beard has turned it’s original color. I’m gonna continue to use it for the foreseeable future but one thing for sure is the stuff actually works. But it may take a while to get my beard completely the color that was when I was young

Catalase is an enzyme that is completely destroyed by acid in the stomach. For that reason, taken orally, it never has a chance to get into your system to do whatever it is you’ve chosen to take it for: darken gray hair, antioxidant protection, etc. However, there is a way around this dilemma. Look for catalase, any brand, that comes in an ‘acid resistant’ capsule. These are marketed under trade names such as DRCaps and a few others. It will say so on the bottle and in the advertising description. If the product makes no mention of it, you can assume it is not acid resistant, and you might as well throw your money away, because no matter how much catalase may be in the capsule, all of it will be destroyed in your stomach and will not get into your system for your intended purposes. The acid resistant capsules protect the catalase by not dissolving in the stomach, but waiting until they reach the intestines to dissolve and release the contents, thereby allowing your body to absorb the catalase and its benefits.
