Q: Is this good for 7 months old baby?

No. It has too many buttons on a small surface. When it's on, there's almost no way for a baby to touch it without hitting some button to cause a reaction. This makes it useless for teaching cause and effect and results in a lot of extraneous noise. Our now-seventeen month old gets frustrated because she wants to talk into the mic, but can only do that if we carefully hold it. (She's developing fairly typically for reference.)
