Works great! I wish it didn't make a mess when I open it back up to make more whipped cream but still a great product and easy to clean anyway!

We bought this product to use in our small charity coffee shop following reading really good reviews. Unfortunately, we have not got on with it at all and have come on here to message the supplier but now says 'return window closed' and doesn't seem like we can now message the supplier direct so doing a review appears to be my only option?? It takes an awful lot of shaking to get to the desired consistency but then the cream seems to go solid overnight....almost making it impossible to use. We have tried single and double cream, cleaned it out a number of times and replaced the gas cannister about 4 times already having only had around 3 semi successful uses. A number of staff have started from the beginning so to speak because we kept thinking we must be doing something wrong. I would really appreciate some help or even to know that I may have a faulty one???

I received my N2O cartridges yesterday and bought a pint of heavy whipping cream this morning. I added two tablespoons of maple syrup and 1.5 teaspoons of vanilla to the cream and charged the dispenser. The first squirt was runny and not whipped. But the second squirt made a ball of the densest, most heavenly whipped cream I have ever eaten. Even my wife, who normally does not like these confections, tasted it and remarked on the exceptional texture and the subtleties of the flavorings. A half hour later and there is still a subtle aftertaste of the maple syrup. I am sure that the reason is the fat content in the dense whipped cream. Tomorrow will be waffles with farm fresh scrambled eggs, home canned pears (from my own pear tree), and fresh whipped cream. Woo hoo! The best birthday gift I have received since last year! This years pumpkin pies will be topped with whipped cream for a wonderful treat. Edit. The next day and we had the waffles. I managed to turn down the pressure on the dispenser by turning the delivery screw counter clockwise a bit, maybe a revolution or two. This yielded the perfect whipped cream: light, airy, and evenly dispensed. Excellent. What a decadent treat that will be much enjoyed.
