Great items for the price. It contains three different types of seeds, with each supplying a particular nutritional function. If you don't know specifically which type of seeds you want this is the best way to good. They bring flavor and enrich my smoothies. The size is reasonable for the price.

I kept buying three separate bags of flaxseed, chia and hemp seeds. Now I have the best of all three and one convenient little bottle. I won't forget to do one or the other now with this, and I think I'll plan to buy more in the future. The taste is like you expect it to taste with chia, hemp and flax, and I like easily adding this to my food in one container.

These ingredients can be SO EXPENSIVE when sold elsewhere, or by posh-ier companies. This version is much more affordable. I'm sure there's some level of quality that drops off, but i don't notice it. Love this product, as I shake a bunch of it into every bowl of cereal, oatmeal, or smoothie!

This product is loaded with healthy oils and nutrients in seeds.I tried in coffee but they didn’t melt.So I scooped them out and ate, yummy. They have high quality, texture is fine for seeds. If you want healthy oils great way to get them. Sprinkle on salads, soups or what you desire.

My "Big Ten" sourdough is my ultimate favorite of all the breads I make. It contains five grains (found in Bob's Red Mill hot cereal, including oats, wheat, rye, barley and triticale) plus pepitas (pumpkin seeds), sunflower kernels and the secret ingredient -- this Badia Trilogy Health Seed (containing flax, chia and hemp seeds). I make this bread at least twice a week just for us because it keeps really well, has an amazing texture and it is unbelievably delicious. I give this Badia product at least as much credit as I do the 5-grain cereal mixture. I understand from the narrative description for this product that you can add it to smoothies, yogurt, cereal and salads. It adds plant-based protein and fiber as well as omega-3 and 6 fatty acids to any of your foods. I've tried many, many Badia products and have never been disappointed. This seed mixture is certainly no exception. Hope you enjoy it as much as I do.
