Great little throwing dummy for the price. Sturdy so far, I stuffed with old socks, tshirts and sweaters.Great for arm throws, leg throws, double legs etc, obviously tougher on others (high C and singles), and impossible for dynamic moves (leg rides, single leg sweeps, etc)I got the 4 footer for my 3.5’ tall son

PERFECT FOR TEENS!
The quality is well made, thick. We put tons of clothes inside to fill him out like realistically. Great if you want a life-size character to wrestle on a trampoline. My son loves this..he’s almost 6 ft tall and #240..he gets a great workout wrestling this. Trust me!

Cheap but works great!
I’ve been doing judo and jui jitsu for years now, and this dummy works just fineWanted it to work on some extra stuff at home and it does great at just that. Stitching is holding up great which would be main concern. Definitely suggest this one!

Good guys to have around!
Fun to wrestle, bounce on trampoline, carry around, cuddle, you name it. They keep good company because they’re stuffed with sheets and blankets and they’re happy to just spend time. We have a couple just chilling in the basement.

Like the size and durability of the product. Grandson uses it for karate grappling, and lifting, (fireman’s carry)
