Been taking this brand for years and this vitamin didn’t disappoint.

This is such a solid multivitamin. Worth the price for good health and no additives.

Excellent Multivitamin. I've tried a wide variety of whole food multi's, but typically they contain herbal ingredients I'm not interested in taking. Or the multi has not very much of each vitamin type. This multi has a high concentration of necessary vitamins, and I always feel good mentally and physically while taking these. The price is normal compared to high quality multi's.

Good product

I've been taking these for years per my doctor and I absolutely love them. It is recommended to take (3) capsules, 1-2 times per day and they are contained in a vegetarian capsule. I take them 2X per day (6 total) so (1) 180 count bottle lasts me 30 days. As a busy working mom, they keep fatigue at bay, especially that mid-afternoon slump and keep my mood more level and prevents my brain fog. When I do run out I can immediately tell the difference in a matter of days as I start to drag throughout the day and getting up in the mornings are a bit harder. Clearly, no vitamin will "out supplement"a bad diet and lifestyle, but they are by far the best I have ever used. I do want to add that these should be taken with a full meal as they have caused me significant nausea on an empty stomach. I take 3 immediately following breakfast and then 3 again following dinner so they are spaced out nicely.

I took the 950 complex for about six weeks, and was tolerating it well without any digestive upset. But then I started getting that characteristic tingle from too much niacin. I'm switching to the O.N.E. formulation.
