Expensive but totally worth it. I pack these for school for my tweens. I pack snacks in the top two containers which stay at room temp and lunch in the bottom two containers which stay hot all day. I can see the main lid getting some damage after regular use and I’m hoping Zojirushi sells replacements if they break. So far so good though. And the bag is convenient for packing utensils or napkins.

Dudé en comprarla y finalmente lo hice y me alegro, porque sí mantiene los alimentos va buena temperatura. Yo los caliento a las 06:30 y a las 14:00 horas que como, aún mantiene una temperatura adecuado para comer. Por supuesto no están muy calientes, solo tibios, que para mí es suficiente.

Food stays warm for long hours, it’s everything I need for home made food to go. It’s doesn’t smell bad unlike other food containers. I really recommend this!

Now using for more then 4 months, still love using it.

After 2 months of use one of the clips broke during normal use, I clipped the lid on. I contacted Zojirushi via the customer support links provided to PURCHASE a replacement clip, not ask for freebies. I was informed that the warranty only applies to the vacuum seal and nothing else. With the poor quality clips that break almost immediately they have guaranteed to not have to deal with any warranty claims because the bento box becomes irrelevant once the lid no longer stays on. - Save yourself the trouble and choose another brand.
