Hair Food's Nourishing hair mask is awesome for your hair! You just put it in after shampooing, leave it in for 3-5 minutes, and then wash it out. It leaves your hair feeling, looking, and smelling amazing! After my shower, it left my hair hydrated, smelling like coconut and shining like the sun! My hair is straight and fine, so it made my hair a little bit oily but I believe that this hair mask would be a great fit for someone with thicker and maybe more frizzy hair! I think it would be great for curls too! I completely love this product and what it does for my hair and I know you will too!

Very nice conditioner, the cream is soft for the hair. It leaves the hair very smooth and moisturized. The coconut smell feels different but also good. It is really refreshing, specially for the summer, it gives a week-end/holiday feeling. Will buy again !

Easily absorbed by the hair, non greasy and just the right formula. Be sure to massage from roots to tips for a good 2-3 minutes and leave for as long as u can to get the maximum effect. Hair feels revived and back to life after first use. Good buy!

Overall good. Results in smooth silky hair. Even though for a short time only, it will wash away dandruff. Recommended only for long hair (for men).
