I live in Jamaica, so strong sun protection is a must. I’ve been using Neutrogena Beach Defense Sunscreen Lotion SPF 3,the water plus sun protection is the tea it prefect for living conditions as mine. it has worked well for me both at the beach and during my 5K runs throughout the year early mornings or late afternoons . It helps protect my skin from the harsh sun, prevents sunburn, and reduces skin damage even when I’m sweating. The lotion goes on smoothly, isn’t too greasy, and doesn’t irritate my skin. It holds up well during outdoor activity and long exposure, which is important in a tropical climate like ours. If you live in a sunny country or spend a lot of time outdoors exercising, this sunscreen is a solid choice for everyday protection.
