Carl Barks - the Master
Yet another great collection of Carl Bark's work. The adventures of Scrooge, Donald et al continue to delight, as they did in the 50's when I first discovered them. I don't know how many more are left in the archives, and some of the storylines are a little thin and/or repetitive from earlier volumes, but thanks to Fantagraphics Books for continuing to publish them.

Solid gold moon story - great fun.
Had the solid gold moon comic as a kid. Nice seeing the story again.

If you haven't read Barks start here.
I have these from Amother Rainbow, I think. but it is soooo nice to get them in hardcover and with new criticism for each story. High quality printing and attention to color. A few more to go and something to look forward to.PS These stories were originally from the 1950's when I would buy the originals with my paper route money. Treasured stories. I was 9 and I would read them to my little brother, who was 3. He said he loved ne reading in the "voices" which I would make up for each.
