Q: what size drill bits smallest to largest?

My BLT HARD drill press will receive up to a 1/2 inch shank. The smallest drill bit that I have used is a 1/16th of an inch. I love the little vice too, mine opens to 2 1/2 inches. So, I use 1/2 inch down to 1/16th inch drill bits. I use sanding drums, Buddha Blades, Forster drill bits and up to 4 inch hole cutter blades for making wheels. It has 5 speeds and I use all of them. Great little portable drill press.

Q: Would I be able to drill 2mm holes through titanium with this?

I am sure you could if you had the high quality drills necessary to cut the titanium. Cheap drill bits would probably just burn up.

Q: Can it accept a 3/4" jacobs chuck?

I dont think so. This is a pretty small drill press, and this chuck it uses right now is only 1/2 inch as it is.
