Is light and is not commercial grade is great for home use. I gave it 4 stars because it’s not as sturdy as you would like but for the buck it works amazing and I would recommend it specially that you can use for hypertension.

I wanted an inexpensive curling station for exercising. This fills the bill but quality control is poor. For example, in order for the bolt holes to line up, I had to enlarge the slots with a round hand file, otherwise I could only install three bolts. The fourth bolt hole was WAY out of position. Other than this, it was simple to assemble. Also, if you purchase this item, do NOT overtighten the bolts that hold the seat and curl pad. Just snug them up, otherwise you will strip the threads that are installed in the cushions.

It’s good as a Roman chair, but the stands are far too tall. I’m a shorter guy and I have to extend the pad entirely when curling otherwise the bar hits on the stands. Makes curling difficult.

Was excited about this but upon working out the first time, I was very dissatisfied. Cheap and I guess you get what you paid for. The padding is not thick enough. Even with ONLY 35lbs combined plate, which is supposed to be light, the padding is struggling to support the weight. I was comparing this with another brand and chose this because it was $20 cheaper, yes $20...I should have followed my first instuition.

easy to assemble and sturdy

This is designed to handle weight above a child's play toy. Lifting 50-70 lbs you feel the preacher elbow rest about to break not lifting as love that on this thing. It would be a great starter for your daughter or son.

Loved it at first. One screw wouldn’t go into the seat because the hole was set in at an angle. Very frustrating and causes the seat to be slightly unstable.
