Lots of criticism by people that expect it to be like a cheap American product. It is not. It is a nice Japanese product of good quality. Works well and smells nice. Not cheap, but for me it is reasonable value considering the product.

The shop owner is really nice as he sent me sweets as a tiny present, that's really nice of you! The shampoo is great even though it doesn't not fully clean my scalp.
