Love this product. Been using it for years. I ordered it from Amazon but came from Swanson Vitamins. I had to look it up too see if it was the correct item.Did Amazon not know the bottle had been updated???Anyways, just a FYI for anyone who wants these great vitamins.

I honestly don’t know if this is the same product because the bottle was completely different than the prior ones I received over the years. Also, the tablets smelled and looked different.

I've been using this product for seven years, and I must say it does exactly what it states. It's worth the investment if you care about your hair.

This product made my hair more hydate and healthly looking. I stopped shedding! its amazing!!!

I've used this product for several years and have been happy with the results. I was taking 2 capsules twice a day. However, 6 months ago my yearly lab work ordered by my PCP showed an abnormal level of the B vitamins. The levels were too high and if not detected would have caused some side effects that could have been irreversible. I would recommend getting lab work done every year if you take this supplement. Talk to your doctor. My doctor said I may be able to take 1 or 2 per day at some point, but will have to have lab work done regularly.

It has a nasty after taste but the product really work. I take it with a daily biotin as well. My nails and hair are growing. I been using these pills one month.

Losing hair thanks to Covid - these did not work

I've been using this supplement for about 3 months and I have noticed fine hair coming in on the sides and in the back where my hair has thinned. It has the B vitamins that are necessary to grow hair. I would recommend it for a start. It is not going to have your hair growing down your back over night. Since it is winter now and my hair is in a resting state, the spring will give more visable results. I will come back then and write another review. They have changed from a capsule to a large pill which takes some swallowing but it's not bad.
