It's basically just foam folded over and sewn together. Could have been cheaper, but it is what it is. Stops blisters from forming for the most part.

Good product, provides great cushioning between hands and knurled steel bars. Also makes the bar feel slightly thicker. Personally should have taken the 3-finger version and a slightly larger size than L, would be great.

Good fit I normally take a Large size in regular gloves, keeps blisters at bay without the sweatiness of a glove, price is good as well
