I wouldn't. This is oil-based. Oil will spread, ruining the envie.

Techspray 1620-10S Eline Blue Shower cleaner/degreaser. Takes marks off plastic beautifully, without harming plastic.

Could this be used for gilding fine china? Or touching up gold gilding?

More than likely. I have used the gold to repair a crack on porcelain.
