Ironwood Gourmet 28118 Provencale, Wood, Large Rectangular Paddle Board

Beautiful board! Wood is lovely, finishing is great, and it's light so it's perfect to use as a bread peel which is what I bought it for. It's wide and long enough to fit a good sized batard loaf, but narrow enough to fit easily into my Fourneau bread oven. It'd also be a stunning platter or cheese board. Really surprised at how nice it is for the price. Rare these days, so I'm super happy!

It's a cutting board I use as a tray for my ottoman. It looks great and is big enough to have several items on it.

Make sure you oil it with regular use or the wood will wear quickly. Indo mine every two weeks and it still looks like new.

Great serving board. This is a beautiful board at a great price. I use it often for appetizers or simple just meals for my husband and kids. It really makes a nice presentation, and is easy to clean. We hope to enjoy using for years to come at holiday or daily meals. I think it would make a great gift for any occasion.

This wood tray is great quality but “large” not so much. It really isn’t that big and for a charcuterie platter we had to use more than one tray because this just wouldn’t hold everything. In fact we only were able to fit the cheeses on this. Good purchase just wish it had been bigger!
