Works great
Love this stuff! I keep losing it, but have had it for years. Bought it way back in 2018 bc of Lucy Hale’s recommendation. I actually bought the tub after it. Good for chapped lips, and use it for minor cuts if I’m out and about.

Small but mighty
This is an amazing product, what I was disappointed about was they down sized the packaging which makes the contents a lot less and price higher. The product is still super good, it does it all I’d recommend if you can buying two tubes for future use

great stuff!
I have found this to reallly help my contstantly flaky lips. It does not have a shine or flavor, has pretty good staying power and moisturizing effect. I will add that the first few times i used it, the product must have separated a bit because it went on very thin, oily and shiny. I had my doubts, but after i got past that little amount, it changed into more of an ointment consistency and I ended up liking it a lot. Will buy again!

Nice
This is a good chapstick/good hair gel substitute/good heavy duty moisturizer. Basically I use this like I use other beauty balms on rough skin and texturing my hair in a pinch. I have not noticed any special healing properties though, used it on some scaly spots on my skin and it did not do more than any other product. I like the smell, the applicator and it does work ok for simple stuff.

Love it
Bought a diff kind from them, that's how much I love this stuff. I have chronically dry lips due to using a lip plumper way back in the early 2000s, when they were first hitting the shelves, that quite literally had shards of glass in it and I ruined the surface of my lips forever. I was 23 years old when I did this. I'm now 45 and my lips are always dry. This stuff lasts and works really well.

More than just a lip treatment! Lips, bug bites, burns, cuts, diaper rash, sunburn, pimples, hair, and eczema to name a few.
I do use this on my lips and it keeps them super soft. I use it as a night treatment when my lips are dry. I wake up with lose skin that wipes off to reveal smooth lips. It is a little gross but it works. I apply a little on my lips on windy or dry days to keep them moist. BUT that is not the only thing this is good for. I always have it in my bag because of all it can do. If you get a bug bite or develop a random hive it will stop the itching and for some people reduced and prevents swelling. If you get a mild burn and apply this the pain soon subsides. Continue applying it a few times a day and it will heal beautifully. Apply this on a minor scrape or scratch and it aides in healing them. Just DO NOT over saturate any area that has been wounded. It works on diaper rash and it works on sunburns too. This is great for preventing friction burns and rashes. I am a curvy girl so when I wear skirts my thighs rub. The friction causes a burn that is painful. I rub a slightly thick layer and there is no burn. I had 6 hours before I needed to reapply the papaw. If I get an infected pimple it reduces the infection. If I pop a pimple I apply this to prevent infection. When I have frizzy hair I use a little of this to tame the fly aways. I use it on dry skin patches on my face and hands. I love this stuff I am never without it! I recommend it to everyone because it is like a beauty and health all-in-one. I have had quite a few people buy it after trying just a little bit of it. It is like a miracle in a tube. My friend is currently using it for her sons eczema. Nothing the doctor prescribed was bringing him relief and his skin was cracking badly. She says it has improved after using this. Papaw is thick like Vaseline and goes on greasy but it gets absorbed completely after a little while. Unless you over saturate in which the area will remain greasy. It has a mild smell that most people do not notice. Give it a try I am sure you will love it too if you give it a chance.

not as much as I was expecting but great
Bought this because of all the great things people were saying about it. Everyone raves about this product and yes it is good and hydrating. But is it worth the money for the size? To me I'm iffy. It helped my lips out a lot but it is literally like Vaseline (petroleum jelly). Maybe just a bit thinner consistency. Needless to say I do love this product. I’m happy with how hydrating it is. I might buy it again because it is good but just small. Maybe if they come out with one that has spf I’ll try it out agai

Worked well for my family's various dermatological ails
My son absolutely loves playing in water and in the Winter. No matter how much lotion I try to slather on him, his hands get dry and peel almost to the point of cracking. I tried a variety of things from store bought lotions, expeller pressed oils, moisturizing gloves, fancy organic boutique lotions to just plain old vaseline and nothing did the trick. I bought this paw paw ointment on a whim after some research and applied this to his hands after he went to sleep (it's quite thick and has a lingering slick feel as you'd expect). In three days the peeling had cleared and he was able to play in water without any ill effect after only applying it at night! We didn't change anything or turn on a humidifier. I, personally, get dermatitis in really weird places. On the inner corner of my eye, a spot near my ear, a spot on my ring finger, it just pops up! The inner corners of my eyes especially bothered me because it was peeling and flaking constantly. I looked as if I hadn't washed my face and still had eye crusties, it drove me nuts and looked terrible! I'd get it wet, rub the dead skin off and moisturize with various extremely gentle things (since it was unavoidable I'd get some in my eye) but no matter what the flakes came back. Prematurely removing the skin led it to be sensitive and raw feeling. When this worked for my son I tried some on my eyes and it.actually.worked! I haven't had much of an issue at all and I only apply it once a week or so, not because the flakes have returned-but more of a preventative measure. I use this all over now, my cheeks when they're particularly dry, my lips, my feet, my elbows that used to peel and crack. I finally understand the Dad's obsession in "My Big Fat Greek Wedding". He had his Windex, I have my Lucas' Pawpaw Ointment. I can't speak to its efficacy with scrapes but it does more than I ever expected it to as far as moisturizing/healing other skin issues goes. Thank you to whomever formulated this stuff!
