The product is very bad, you can find a lot of comments on line. Both earphones lost the connectivy between them and it was not possible to do a reset and repair it because it was not possible to update the software using the App. The technical support on line is very bad, they didn't read my emails and the answer me always the same, I have to lost my time and to go to Bang and Olufsen in Dubai Mall to speak to them about the warranty ( I bought the product 1 month ago and I used it only 5 days). I can't understand the bad quality of this product ( also the sound is normal, is a product of 800 AED and not 1.600 AED) and also the bad attention of the technical support.Dear sirs of B&O, please test and check your products before to start to sale them in the market and do not waste the energy and the time of your clients

Luxus für die Ohren.....Positiv:👍-luxuriöse Verarbeitung-Ladeschale aus Leder-verschiedene Ohrstöpsel-GeräuschunterdrückungNegativ:👎-Verbindungsprobleme*****************************************************************************Die Buds von B&O verbreiten Luxus.... und das nicht für die Ohren allein :) Auch von der Optik her sind diese überaus edel.Für den Tragekomfort liegen den Buds verschiedene Stöpsel bei umd diese anzupassen. Dies ist auch wichtig, denn die Buds sind relativ schwer und groß...... so kann es durchaus passieren das diese bei schnellen Bewegungen aus dem Ohr fallen.das Verbinden mit dem Smartphone hat sehr gut funktioniert, sobald man sie aus der Box nimmt beginnen diese selbstständig zu suchen.Allerdings vergessen die Buds die Verbindung ziemlich häufig👎👎👎 und mas muss sie erneut koppeln.Der Sound ist wie von B&O erwartet. Die Geräuschreduzierung ist mäßig...... das ist bei anderen bessser.Wenn die Buds von B&O im Angebot sind kann man bedenkenlos zuschlagen

1stユーザーです。バッテリーの持ちが悪くなってきたので、思い切って3stに踏み切りました。ホワイトノイズが酷いなどのレビューありましたが、自分の聴き分け能力が低いのか、まったく分かりません。音質に関しては低音は確かに少し厚くなっているように感じますが、そもそもが、買ったデフォルトで使用しないので、どこまでを判断すればのいのか分かりません。私の使用環境は、アプリで少し低音厚くする方に振って、さらにイヤーチップをコンプライのTsx-200にしています。1stもそうでしたが、凄くクリアでナチュラルな感じ。作られた感は感じませんでした。ただ、それほど大きな違いは無いので、音質は1stからある程度完成されてたのではないでしょうか。1番大きな違いは接続の良さ。ほぼ切れません。1stではここで必ず切れるという場所があったのですが、全て切れなくなりました。接続はかなり良くなっています。あと、地味に良いのは、ケースから出せば何もせず接続してくれるw 他のイヤホンなら当たり前かもですが、1stはワンタップしてあげないとだめでした。個人的に悪い所は、アプリ。最初の頃のアプリは、音質変える所で広がりも変えれたのです。丸の大きさをピンチで拡大縮小できました。今のアプリはコレが変えれないです。私は少し音の広がりが欲しいのですが、できなくなっています。それぐらいかなぁ。価格を考えれば、他にも選択肢は沢山あります。コレにこだわる必要はないかもですが、私が1番気に入っているのは、装着時のおさまり具合です。最近は耳から大きなカタマリが出てる人をよくみかけますし、アップルも相変わらず筒が目立ちますが、コレは耳にフラットに収まり、出っ張りもなにもなく、とてもスマート。耳って意外と目立つので、あのカタマリを突き刺してでで〜んとハミ出てるのがものすごく格好悪く感じます。そういう意味では、さすがB&O。洗練されつくしてます。

Also eine deutliche Verbesserung zu den beiden Vorgängermodellen... Bluetooth 5.1 sorgt für deutlich stabilere Verbindung ohne Rücken oder Unterbrechungen... Der Klang ist wie man es von B&O eben gewohnt ist atemberaubend... Sehr klare Höhen angenehme Mitten und dezente Bässe die nicht zu präsent aber auch nicht zu schwach sind ... Perfektes Mittelding... Akkulaufzeit sehr gut, für mein Empfinden sogar mich besser wie angegeben... Aber ich höre meistens auf 80 - 100% und tendiell halten sie sogar länger wie angegeben (Klar ist auch wieder von der Musik abhängig aber ja)Klare Kaufempfehlung... Habe sie übers Neujahr für 160€ bekommen und sie sind jeden Cent Wert ;)

音質がとても豊かにでます。買って損はないでしょう1ヶ月後ゼンハイザー よりよかったのです！
