Great pictures as always, good recipes but a tiny book for the price and it could use an update to include a mention of newer fryers that don't require pre-heating. However, if you are giving an air fryer as a gift, it's a good pictorial reference to include with your present.

This cookbook was disappointing. It was very specific to only one brand of air fryer, not the one that I have.
