I personally take the product which combines B12 (methylcobalamin), B6, and Folic Acid. I have compared the two and the extra ingredients are Stevia for flavoring, lactose, natural flavors, and acacia gum. Good choice in picking the Methylcobalamin source for B12. It is a much better choice than the Cyanocobalamin. My wife and I have used this product for 7 years and it resolved numerous issues for her and me.
