Q: My one year old is obsessed with my real vacuum, even when it's off.. do u think this would be a good purchase?

I purchased this for my little grandson when he was about 3 and also very obsessed with vacuums. This toy is nice because it has a switch that will allow smaller children to watch the colored balls to swirl around. When they get big enough to actually use it, it actually will pick up small Styrofoam balls. (Don't let them vacuum up dust and dirt - it will clog the machine - we tried it) I would suggest purchasing colored Styrofoam balls on Amazom for him to vacuum up. (The white ones are a bit too heavy and don't do as well as the colored balls.) You will only need one package - they go a long way!

Q: Are you able to remove the canister from the vacuum?

No, just the little tray under it that catches the dirt. It actually picks up dirt. Great product.

Q: Is it good for cleaning toys like sucking them up so you can put them in a bucket

the toy vacuum makes noise like it's running, but does not really have the power to suck up anything. I guess that's a good thing. It's a toy.

Not really the best option

It’s an okay toy. But it creaks when moving and buttons for switch on and cable are not real — that what my little one was disappointed by. Overall is fine. Delivery was fast.

It is a toy, you can’t use it like your big vacuum cleaner

My daughter 3 years old wanted so much but she can’t use it because it. Vacuum cleaner doesn't pick up anything. It is too big price for toy which you can’t use. I am so upset
