Little, Brown Book Group Calypso

Well its just David Sedaris being onto of his game loved it it made me laugh so much and then slapped me in the face with it's human truths!! BRILLIANT!

This isn't as funny as "Me talk pretty one day" but it is still humourous none the less. I love reading "short stories" because its great if you want something light and not too heavy to read before bed or out in your garden in on a sunny day. Talks about his life as an adult and the relationship he has with his family members - not to give much away.If you liked Sadaris other books then you'll probably like this one. I would recommend to people who do not class themselves as readers but likes to pick up a book once in a while or people who are a fan of his literature.

Tengo que reconocer que me he echado alguna carcajada, pero la verdad es que no es lo que esperaba. Pensé que tendría un hilo más continuo, en plan novela, pero realmente es casi una colección de anécdotas, algunas muy graciosas, otras algo dramáticas, de las experiencias familiares del autor. En su descripción hay algo de análisis psicológico del mismo que puede resultar interesante.

Quirky m, honest and self deprecating about himself, his partner and his slightly oddball family. Made me order another book by him immediately
