This is easy to use and easy to clean. I haven't used the stuffer part yet, but I like that it works easier than previous burger presses I have had. It keeps the burgers all about the same size which makes cooking way smoother. Great quality product.

Works well. Use it alot. Plastic made but no breaks after several years of use.

It's a decent 10" piece of kit to add to your collection. The size is best suited for a small individual meal or a supporting dish, and it does the job for shallow deep frying or a sukiyaki for two. The cast itself is quite rough, but seasons well, and winds up being deceptively non-stick despite its appearance. The price is a little high, so value would be the only opportunity. If you're new to cast iron cookware: Take some time to learn how to season and maintain it. Unseasoned / bare cast iron will rust if you even look at it sideways. Do NOT discard it if it rusts. It isn't defective. It's simply not seasoned or seasoned properly. There are hundreds of videos on YouTube on cast iron seasoning / polymerization. Cast iron does require some initial work and ongoing attention to maintain, but it's a labor of love, because nothing comes close (except maybe carbon steel). Good luck!
