Great product but poor packing
I love the scent but unfortunately the packing wasn't good enough so the glass was cracked.

I love, love, LOVE Woodwick candles - they are the best! Not only do then put enough scent in them, the "crackling fireplace sound" is very soothing. My favorite is Cinnamon Chai!

The candle smells absolutely amazing and fills the room beautifully. The crackling sound adds such a cozy and relaxing vibe, which I really loved. Unfortunately, the candle arrived damaged due to shipping, but Amazon customer service was extremely helpful, professional, and supportive in resolving the issue. Overall, great quality and atmosphere — just hoping for better packaging in the future.
