This cookbook is full of wonderful recipes - both classic and innovative. I would absolutely recommend this for an experienced/seasoned baker. The recipes are time consuming and require great attention to detail, but the finished work product is unmatched. Some of the best pastries I've eaten have come from this book and it's truly a great edition to every baker's cookbook library

You will find new recipes and try new things, like a Russian Napoleon Cake and a new twist on Caneles. The extra wide format and body copy and image designs are well thought-out and luxurious. Who can go wrong with a Brioche Bread Pudding?
