Q: Dies the sticky part mess up your face?

I didn't think it did. My whole family wore them for a themed party and no one complained of skin irritation. And the adhesive comes right off with no real leftover residue. Pretty easy removal and it didnt hurt taking them off. If you have sensitive skin I would just test it in your arm first.

Q: how do you make the mustache stick? there is no glue, nothing to peel on that back,...

It has a white backing you need to peel off and then it will stick on your face. I wore it to a Halloween party recently, it stayed on for about 3 hours.
