I’m so impressed with this dispenser. The stainless steel design looks modern and elegant, making it a perfect fit for kitchens, offices, or any space. It’s compact but holds plenty of napkins, so it saves space while staying super functional. What I love the most is how hygienic and convenient it is – napkins come out one at a time, which reduces waste and keeps everything clean. Wish I bought this sooner. Great quality and looks terrific in the bathroom. Also got the high quality napkins. It’s worth getting the softer ones.

For everyone who owns one of these otherwise beautiful dispensers, after some time passes the ability of the spring to keep the paper feeding through the dispensing opening deteriorates. This results in, partway through the pack, the spring no longer lifts the riser high enough to pull a towel through the opening. I've seen the same design flaw in action at many commercial establishments that feature Torq dispensers. The solution presented itself when my usual brand of paper towels was not in stock. It seems most of us are using the 250 sheet count packs where the towels measure approximately 12.8 x 9.9. Instead, I bought Scott® Multifold Paper Towels (01840) that measure 9.2" x 9.4. The smaller size towel yields a more compact pack. By going this route, the riser keeps the towels at the dispensing opening from sheet number one through sheet 250. At the same time, a carton of compact towels holds twice as many packs (16 vs 8), so you get double the number of towels for the same price as you would the larger towels. Fantastic dispenser. Doesn’t tip and fall over when reaching for a paper towel. The Kleenex brand is awful and too lightweight to do the job at a ridiculous price too. I actually saw and used this Tork dispenser in a bathroom at LAX on my way back from Japan. It caught my attention when I used it, took a photograph of it and ordered 2 when I got home. We use it with the Kleenex brand paper towels which are a both thicker than most others out there. 5 stars Tork!!

Perfect, if you are looking for another dispenser, STOP right now. This is it. I really love the little feature at the side of the dispenser that lets you know when it’s getting close to needing to be refilled. It’s easy to wipe and keep pretty and white. Great in the guest bathroom, or if you are just going to have plenty of company over. You are going to want to keep the paper towel stocked.

We love this dispenser. The sleek design is minimal and very sophisticated. Elevated the areas where we use them. Very neat opposed to a big awkward paper towel roll. Dispenses one sheet at a time. Excellent for use in our bathrooms and powder rooms.

Love it - great alternative to cloth hand towels in our powder room at a time when everyone is so conscious of germs. Read many reviews about the paper towels before ordering Georgia Pacific GP21000 2 ply. I wanted something better than commercial paper.
