Great Variety!
This assortment of toys was a perfect gift for my 4 year old grandson, there is so many in there and he even liked the cylinder container it came in. He has never previously showed much interest in planes or anything besides trains really and now everytime I see him he has a plane or something in his pocket! They seem very sturdy and just the correct size for him to be able to take in the car and everywhere with him.

Great collection of 'flying machines.'
I love any item like this that will catch the interest of boys. There is so much on the market for girls but I am always on the look out for 'Boy stuff!' This is of course interesting for girls too but I have added it to my collection of 'BOY' teaching materials. I wish the names would be on all of the objects. Safari does put them on some but not all!

Pieces are smaller than expected
I read the ratings and understood that EVERYONE else said they were much smaller than they expected, but they were STILL smaller than I thought. Also, the planes are made out of rubber or plastic or something and none of the rotors or wheels turn. Disappointing to me, but my 3 year old likes them and my 1 year old LOVES to chew on them lol. For $9.99 I got about 12 pieces.

WE NEEDED SOME OF THESE FOR A DIORAMA MY GRANDSON WAS MAKING. THEY WERE THE PERFECT SIZE. THE RESETWE ARE SAVING FOR FUTURE BOOK REPORTS.

Great at expected
Great at expected. Quality is average but still ok. Kids who are in a sensitive period for small objects will respond very well to these miniatures. My 2 year-old was fascinated with the objects at arrival, and asked for the names (I will also create laminated pictures of each object for him to match..Montessori style), and my 4 year-old started an imaginary story using them.

Perfect for traveling by plane
We bought these for our 2 year old to play with on a recent trip across the country. He loved them! Not only did he play with them the entire flight (both ways) he also asked for them every time he was in the car. They are pretty realistic, include the name of each plane on the underneath, and the whole set fits in a tiny cosmetics bag in my purse. Perfect.
