Color is dark candy apple red with gold design. Fits well with my colors and antique furniture.

Just received the lamp today and I am very impressed. It was packed well. Someone mentioned that the lamp is brown, no it isn't. It is burgundy and the base is brown and you can see the difference in the picture. The table color is brown with red tinges. Very happy with this purchase. A couple of days later, I love this lamp so much, I just ordered another one!

The lamps are beautiful, however, one of them the gold paint around the bottom is not consistent and for that kind of money the quality should have been better. I hand paint ceramics and they should have been inspected better. the bottom solid gold line runs only partially around. It is lacking a few layers of paint to be finished - as if it were rushed. It would have been 5 stars if it weren't for this flaw. I did not find how to reach out to the seller for an exchange of a new lamp at their cost so I posted this instead.

Just opened box, thought the wrong color was sent. Very pretty, very not red. Lamp is brown with gold design. So Disappointing, been looking for a red oriental lamp forver. This isn't it. Will be returning.

For the price point I wasn't quite sure if this lamp might look cheap, but it is in a formal living room and it looks very nice.
