Simpel, selbsterklärend und sehr effektiv
Als typischer Kandidat für mangelnde Beweglichkeit (Mann, Radfahrer, macht nur Sport der Spaß macht, hasst Studios usw.) wurde es wirklich Zeit, in der kalten Jahreszeit etwas zu tun. Da ich mir bereits ab und zu mit einem Handtuch behielf, erkannte ich den Sinn in solch einem Gurt und schlug zu. Es hat sich gelohnt, er wird regelmäßig benutzt und erste Erfolgserlebnisse stellen sich ein.
