It works well. Takes a few days for the magnesium to work on the body. One thing I would advise is not taking it right before bed time. You need to take it with 237ml of water. Chances are you will wake up in the middle of the night, and if at all like me not go back to sleep, unless you don’t drink much in the evening and/or have a very good bladder.

Nice taste, like watered down pink grapefruit squash. Works well to help me sleep and quells my restless leg syndrome. Very expensive but was best price per g online at the time. Gives vivid dreams but not unmanageable. Also deodorises body - will make your sweat odourless.

This is good, but I don’t like it as much as natural calm magnesium powder. It does the job though and is cheaper. I take half the scoop, not the whole scoop which is recommended, as it gave me bad wind! Works a treat on keeping you regular though.
