Fantastic skinny coffee, all the taste, none of the guilt. If you're a fan of rich, creamy coffee but want to cut down on calories, these Dolce Gusto skinny pods are absolutely brilliant. The coffee is genuinely smooth, and the milk froths up beautifully for a perfect looking cappuccino every time. Knowing that they’re low calorie and unsweetened means I can enjoy a proper coffee break without any guilt. I also appreciate that the pods can be recycled via the free Podback scheme which is great to know I'm not adding to landfill. For those with allergies, the milk pods do contain dairy. There’s about 90mg of caffeine per cup, which is a perfect kickstart to the day. I put this together to answer the questions I had before buying, and I hope you find it useful too!

Il NESCAFÉ DOLCE GUSTO Cappuccino Light è una scelta eccellente per chi desidera gustare un cappuccino cremoso con meno calorie, senza rinunciare al piacere del gusto. Questa versione "light" permette di godere di un cappuccino meno calorico rispetto alla versione tradizionale, ideale per chi è attento alla linea ma non vuole privarsi di un buon caffè. Ogni confezione contiene 16 capsule, sufficienti per 8 bevande (8 capsule di caffè e 8 di latte), quindi con il set da 3 confezioni si ottengono 48 capsule, perfette per un’ottima scorta. Le capsule sono compatibili con le macchine NESCAFÉ DOLCE GUSTO, e l'uso è semplice e rapido: basta inserire le capsule, avviare la macchina e in pochi istanti si ha un cappuccino dal sapore intenso, completato da una schiuma cremosa che regge bene. Il gusto è ben bilanciato, con un buon equilibrio tra il caffè e la dolcezza del latte, e senza risultare eccessivamente zuccherato, cosa che spesso capita nelle versioni light. Nonostante il minor contenuto di zuccheri, la qualità rimane alta e il sapore gradevole. Consigliato!
