It was exactly as advertised.
Everything perfect. No complaints. I used to mix my own nasal rinse salts, but began hearing that it might not be sterile/safe to do so; so, I now order these. Very convenient and good quality.

On the picture it's shown 120 sachets but only 100 sachets will be received. Product is good but too pricey.
