My brother recently got surgery for his knee and after consulting on how to put this on with his physical therapist, he swears by it. Just be careful removing it with hairy legs, only do it while showering, it peels right off.

I use these Kinesiology tapes a lot due to previous sports injuries, so I use a lot, and these worked just great and lasted a few days, like any other good kinesiology tape. No hassles at all.

Not waterproof. Glue is a one-time-use kind. Edges come off easily. You get what you paid for. Economical. Entry level product, does its job and gets off when you sweat or shower.

I could not peel it off my skin. After i removed lots of leftovers from the adhesive was stuck on my skin and took days to get off of my skin. I used another brand which holds really good but does not leave any of it's parts on skin. I showed this to an expert and they said do not use it as it might cause skin irritation

i play sports alot so this is really good nd waterproof too
