I keep reordering this Epsom salt. Good quality and helps to relax muscles very well. I usually do hot 20 min bath once per week. After this bath I sleep like a baby 😴

Produkt kam schnell und zuverlässig an. Super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Tolles Produkt. Ich nehme es gerne entschlackende Fußbäder für Entspannungsbäder. Durch die Lebensmittelqualität kann es auch als Abführmittel benutzt werden.

If I had to summarise them with one sentence: magic in a bag, haha :) Pros: - amazing quality - fantastic for aching muscles especially after training - energising - easy to mix in the bath tub - a bag goes a long way Cons: - no cons really but a word of caution: do NOT use with super hot water as it might make you light headed and dizzy Tip: i love combining them with ginger root powder for extra antioxidants benefits and with coconut oil ( about 2 tablespoons per tub) to ensure that the Epsom salts are not drying on the skin.

Tienen una calidad precio insuperable y la marca me gusta mucho. Lo hay en formato más grande pero el de 1 o 2kg me parece más cómodo para almacenar. Yo le pongo unos 200gr en el agua caliente de la bañera para un baño de mínimo 20 minutos. Es una forma estupenda de que tu cuerpo absorba magnesio y darte un baño relajante. Además, no tiene olores.

Che DIRE SEMPLICEMENTE FAVOLOSIIIII dopo 8 primi due pacchi 10 KG in tutto x convenienza quantità prezzo, beh ritenzione sparisce, faccio anche bendaggio, nel bagno uso anche olio essenziale di rosmarino e della stessa marca ho comprato anche i sali del Mar Morto. Consigliato VIVAMENTE NON CE NE PENTIRETE
